Yeah, you read that title right.

It appears that the popular puzzle game “Tetris” is going to be turned into a movie.  And not only that, but the people making the movie expect it to have two follow-ups.  The film is currently being worked on by Larry Kasanoff and Bruno Wu.  If Kasanoff’s name sounds familiar, it’s probably due to the fact that he was the producer for the live-action Mortal Kombat movies made years ago.  The movie is supposed to be a science-fiction thriller and currently has a budget of $80 million.  Recording for the film is set to start in 2017 in China, so you guys can look forward to (or dread) the date that this film finally comes to theaters.  At any rate, the film is sure to be a blockbuster once it releases…don’t worry, that pun hurt me more than it hurt you.
